1. What you are commissioning

A Punk Decision Room is independent market analysis for one named CryptoPunk and one buyer or seller decision at a stated price. It combines PunkPredictor model outputs with indexed market, liquidity, bid, comparable-sale, and ownership evidence available at generation time.

The Snapshot includes a private interactive room, a timestamped PDF, source and model lineage, visible uncertainty, and 30 days of material-change monitoring. The Reviewed tier adds a documented factual and methodological checklist, a named and dated review, an original analyst note, and a 45-minute walkthrough.

2. Delivery and monitoring

Delivery begins only after Stripe confirms payment. The target is one business day for a Snapshot and three business days for a Reviewed Decision Room, subject to source availability and the customer supplying a valid Punk ID, price, decision side, and email address. These are service targets, not guaranteed market deadlines.

The monitoring window begins when the first report is delivered and lasts 30 calendar days. Monitoring creates an update only when the versioned materiality policy identifies a material change; it is not a promise of continuous human surveillance or an alert for every market event.

3. Analysis boundaries

The Decision Room is not a certified appraisal, personalized investment recommendation, suitability assessment, brokerage service, tax or legal advice, or a guarantee of price, liquidity, execution, profit, or loss avoidance. You remain responsible for verifying the asset, wallet, counterparty, transaction terms, and any decision you make.

Models and indexed sources can be incomplete, delayed, uncertain, or wrong. The report states its evidence timestamp, assumptions, confidence, and material limitations so those boundaries can be considered rather than hidden.

4. Full Access upgrade credit

If you start a new Full Access term within 30 calendar days of the first report delivery, PunkPredictor will credit the lesser of $199 or the amount actually paid for the report after refunds. For a Reviewed Decision Room, only the $199 Snapshot component is eligible; the human-review premium is not credited.

The credit is available once to the original purchaser through the delivery email. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred, stacked with another promotion, or applied to a renewal. Full Access is priced in ETH, so the USD credit is converted using the ETH quote shown when the upgrade is arranged.

5. Corrections

Report a suspected factual or attribution error to enrique@punkpredictor.xyz with the report ID. If confirmed, PunkPredictor will issue a clearly identified corrected version. Prior versions remain in the audit history and are not silently rewritten.

6. Refunds and payment issues

A full refund is available if PunkPredictor cannot deliver the commissioned product within five business days of the applicable delivery target, or if a confirmed material factual error cannot reasonably be corrected. Duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded. A conclusion you disagree with, a market move after the evidence timestamp, or a transaction outcome is not by itself a basis for a refund.

Nothing here limits refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Payment processing and any payment-method disputes are also subject to Stripe and the card issuer’s rules.

7. Private access and permitted use

The delivery link is a bearer credential. Keep it private. You may share the delivered analysis with advisers or counterparties involved in the named transaction, but you may not resell it, publish the private room or PDF as a data feed, scrape it, or represent it as a certified appraisal or PunkPredictor endorsement of a transaction.

Access may be revoked when required to respond to fraud, chargeback, security, or unlawful use. Reasonable access restoration is available through the delivery email after identity and order checks.

8. Data handling and responsibility

PunkPredictor processes the delivery email, order details, payment references, access audit hashes, and report evidence needed to fulfill, secure, support, and retain an auditable record of the service. Card details are collected by Stripe, not stored in the Decision Room database.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PunkPredictor’s aggregate liability arising from one Decision Room is limited to the amount paid for that order. This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it.
