Collection floors compare entry asks, not the relative value of a specific pair. The V1 valuation method adjusts base Punk estimates for the V1 market; that model ratio is not independent proof of a pair premium.

Why are their prices different?
Shared artwork does not create shared demand or liquidity. The two markets have different participants, trading infrastructure and histories. A lower V1 floor does not prove that a convergence trade will work, and historical significance alone does not specify a price.
Compare actual V1 sales, available bids and the relevant model estimate. Avoid treating the price of a rare V2 sale as a directly transferable V1 comparable.
What is a V1/V2 pair?
A matching pair consists of the V1 and V2 with the same Punk number. Ownership can be reunited in one wallet or across a collector's wallets. A wrapper or vault address can complicate that reading; it is not necessarily one person. Find a matching pair →

Prices are dated observations. V1 listings shown here come from the wrapped OpenSea collection; native V1 listings require a separate venue check. Model estimates remain in the V1 application. Read the publication contract.
